How to add skill interviews to your resume.

Nowadays your Resume alone cannot showcase your talent. If you want to impress employers and improve your chances of being able to standout from the crowd, then you must show how good you are at technical as well as soft skills in order to improve your chances of getting hired.



How to add your Skill Interviews to your resume highlighting your skills in 3 simple steps.


Step 1: Attend Interviews both Technical and Soft Skills.

Step 2: Choose your best answers to add your Skill Interviews to your resume.

Step 3: Download and use the updated resume while applying for jobs, to improve your chances of getting hired.


Below is the step by step procedure screenshots:


SCREEN 1:


As show in picture below select "Skill Interviews" from the 'Main Menu' to view the Skill Interviews that you have taken.




SCREEN 2:

As shown in picture below, the list of Skill Interviews that you have completed are shown. Each card/tile shows the name of the Skill, Skill Level and the date on which you have taken that interview.  

  • icon denotes that you have already added that Skill to your resume.





  • You can choose to remove the skill that you have already added to your resume by clicking on icon.






SCREEN 3:

As shown in picture below, selecting a Skill Interview will list all the answers that you have given for that Interview.

You can listen to each of your answers and select only those that you would like to add to your resume.





SCREEN 4:

Once you add your Skill Interviews to your resume, a new page as shown in the picture below will be added to your original resume along with your audio profile and Skill Interviews.


Download this updated resume from your profile, and use this new resume to apply for jobs to showcase your technical as well as soft skills to employers.
