Designation: BDM India (Analytics IT Services & Projects)
1. Should have sales experience in IT preferably be able to sell Business & Intelligence solutions, application development, support projects and BI & Analytics Staffing in their career.
2. Will carry substantial sales numbers & targets of up to Rs. $ 2-4 Million in Indian geography.
3. Identifying new prospective clients & focus on closure of deals.
4. Prior experience in responding to RFP, Proposals, SOW etc.
5. Work closely with Technology, Delivery & Staffing team to deliver to customers.
6. Responsible for exploring and developing new businesses across verticals/geography.
7. Interacting with C-level, VP IT, IT Directors etc. getting immediate opportunities and schedule meetings.
8. Signing contracts and establishing operations independently with the Fortune 500 companies.
9. Measuring market risk like growing competition.
10. Sales responsibility and P&L Accountability for the business.
11. Have to be instrumental in dealing with the clients for billing & collection.
12. Meeting Sales Targets in terms of Clients acquired and MSA signed.
1. Should have prior experience in client acquisition & closure of deals of at least 5years.
2. Should be Self-driven and motivated to achieve success.
3. Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
4. Education: Preferred B.Sc., BBM, MBA, Good Experience Counts.
