Job Description

1. Candidates with Experience in Telesales, Mutual funds, Finance & Insurance will be preferred.
2. Experience in call center will be an added advantage.
3. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
4. Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
5. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
6. Set individual sales targets with sales team.
7. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships ,understanding their needs.
8. Targeting new clients expending client database.
9. Maintaining individual sales records , individual client database , demo schedules , achieved targets.
10. Day to Day follow up with client through phone – mails.
11. Scheduling demo’s of product with client.
