Requirements:
1. Good Communication Skills .
2. Experience as a Service Advisor is a Must.
3. Creating orders.
4. Order processing.
5. Quality Assurance.
6. Vehicle Handover.
7. Follow-up Service for Customer.
8. Build and enhance customer relationship.
9. Candidate should possess good knowledge of the current After Sales IT tools and are able to use these (e.g. DMS, ASRA, EPC, EVA, VeDoc, WIS, TIPS, and Star Diagnosis).
10. Should have solid, general PC skills and knowledge of Office appliances (e-mail programs, e.g., MSOffice, the Internet, e-business, intranet, etc.).
