1. Work in the product development team to build / enhance the next generation contact center solutions for our customers.
2. Deliver work in a structured manner using OOAD methodologies and provide technical insights to the team in the area of your expertise.
3. Designing, coding & testing of Modules and components assigned.
4. Documentation of work performed.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
1. Hands- on Experience with Java/J2EE development.
2. Experience with one or more Java MVC action frameworks; preferably Spring MVC
3. Good Knowledge of RDBMS – MYSQL , MSSQL.
4. Knowledge of no-sql databases like Mongo, Redis will be an added advantage.
5. Good analytical, logical & communication skills.
