1. We have urgent requirement for Senior HR Manager in various industries.
2. The candidate must have a leadership quality with solid management background, be fluent in English / Hindi and other languages.
3. Developing effective working relationships internally, working with management on delivery of their people plans.
4. Formulating and implementing HR Policies and practices & initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention.
5. Preparing necessary reports/analysis on attrition and monthly pay registers to the management.
6. Weekly meetings with all Departments for performance review.
7. Administers employees leave entitlements including annual, sick, compassionate, leave with/without pay. Monitors and controls leave available through the payroll system.
8. Regular working schedule and rest days / holidays in accordance with company rules and policies.
9. Ensures the maintenance of the computerized personnel files.
10. Checking and endorsing and insuring its documentation and verification in the personal files.
11. Reviews and updates company's personnel policies.
12. Handbook and procedures manual, including reviewing policies, drafting policy.
13. Amendments according to new labor laws, government legislation.
14. Company corporate policy.
