Job Description

Planning:
1. Steering the AMG Performance Center in planning and achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
2. Ensuring profitability of the AMG Performance Center.
3. Defining AMG and Dream car targets for each APC Sales Expert and Dream car Manager in line to Mercedes-Benz India goals/targets.
4. Establish market goals for exclusively CBU vehicle sales, coordinating these with performance targets stipulated by Mercedes-Benz India and drawing up a marketing plan in line to the market requirements.
5. Defining new potential markets and guiding the team to explore newer avenues.

Marketing:
1. Developing, communicating and ensuring correct implementation of guidelines for AMG and Dream car sales.
2. Observing market price developments of competitors for the CBU Vehicles.
3. Observing development of the market share and, if necessary, initiating measures to correct this.
4. Planning, carrying out and evaluating sales promotion measures.
5. Planning and managing/involvement in events.
6. Planning and managing/involvement in customer loyalty activities.
7. Ensuring demonstration vehicles and display vehicles have fittings appropriate to the market/involvement therein.
8. Establishing and fostering contacts to decision-makers and spokespeople, as well as contacting and looking after VIP and major customers.
9. Planning and executing customer engagement activities at regular intervals.

Operative Management:
1. Ensuring consistent utilization off all AMG Performance Center specific queries.
2. Ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of the AMG Performance Center.
3. Ensuring vehicle display and demonstrator requirements are met as per MB India guidelines.

Quality Management
1. Ensuring process adherence in line with the AMG Performance Center goals and vision.
2. Team alignment ensuring all potential high net worth customers are approached and handled with the same level of expectation desired by the customers with regard to product and services.
3. Ensuring larger market reach to potential AMG and Dream car customers customer.
4. Ensuring post sales satisfaction.
5. Ensuring customer-oriented problem-solving.
