8. Maintaining excellent service quality from the point of inquiry to follow-up and then closure.
1. Sales experience of minimum 1 year.
2. Excellent written communication.
3. Fluency in English with very good convincing skills.
4. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
5. Inside Sales or Support experience will be added advantage.
6. Must have strong interest in learning new things.
7. Must be soft spoken and good team player.
8. Should be confident, target oriented, self-motivated and interested to take up additional responsibilities.
