Job Description

Job Description-:
1. Monitoring and responding (Email/ Phone) to incoming sales leads.
2. Proactive follow up with leads (Email/ Phone) for optimum lead conversion.
3. Maintaining and updating leads data.
4. Counseling to candidates for choosing right training course.
5. Customer relationship management.
6. Market Research for New Potential Business Opportunities.
7. Meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
8. Maintaining excellent service quality from the point of inquiry to follow-up and then closure.

Key Skills:
1. Sales experience of minimum 1 year.
2. Excellent written communication.
3. Fluency in English with very good convincing skills.
4. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
5. Inside Sales or Support experience will be added advantage.
6. Must have strong interest in learning new things.
7. Must be soft spoken and good team player.
8. Should be confident, target oriented, self-motivated and interested to take up additional responsibilities.
