Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversight of outbound activities and processes and derivation and implementation of improved approaches.
2. Cooperation with the customer support team and provision of advice in sales related issues.
3. Creation of plans and schedules in order to accomplish objectives.
4. Contacting customers and presentation of the current products or services.
5. Plans and continuously monitors departmental operations to ensure that all work requirements and customer needs are being me.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree in business, marketing, communication or any other related field.
2. Practical experience in a similar position advantageous.
3. Well-developed presentation and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to effectively communicate in both the written and oral way.
5. Goal- and customer-orientation.
6. Ability to individually relate and respond to each customer's demands.
