Job Description

1. Managing A Team of Sales Executives.
2. Business development through Venue & Direct Sales.
3. Generating revenue through sales of Holiday Membership. i.e. (Timeshare Sales).
4. Analyzing the customers domain buying motive once the family walks into the Holiday Sales office.
5. Clarify the customers needs and then present a holiday plan that represents their needs and requirements.
6. Explaining the customers the need and importance of a Family Holiday.
7. Setting Team and Individual target subsequently motivating team to work towards achieving it.
8. Submit monthly and weekly sales plan.
9. Managing any other assignment given by management from time to time.
Note: Any other responsibilities would be added given by the management time to time as per the business needs.
