Job Description

1. Undertake tour planning with the assigned head.
2. Visiting potential customers for new business.
3. Evaluate and appoint distributors in the allocated area.
4. Plan and undertake visit to customer location at a pre-defined frequency.
5. Assist sales team for establishing and developing all sales channels.
6. Conduct sales presentation and product positioning.
7. Understand customer requirement and provide product solution.
8. Ensure excellent visual merchandising at customer stores.
9. Capture orders and ensure fulfillment.
10. Monitor and ensure achievement of target.
11. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
12. Respond to all inquiries.
13. Assume primary role during company events and represent the brand.
14. Generate daily reports and customer analysis.
15. Gather market and customer information.
16. Update and manage customer database in CRM.
