Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Voice Process International:
Should be good in communication (English) as this project is related to International ie for Canada.

Skills Required :
1. The position requires strong communication skills for developing quality leads and establishing relationships with clients, plus good critical thinking and decision-making skills used when analyzing financial histories and mortgage applications.
2. Presentation and negotiation skills help the mortgage account executive navigate the sales process and successfully close deals.
3. Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure helps when juggling multiple client accounts at once.
4. Because applications, mortgage data and financial reports are typically processed electronically, candidates should also be proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software.

Mandatory Skills :
1. Good communication and listening skills (US English)
2. The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Honest and trustworthy attitude.
5. Good mathematical and computer skills.
6. Respect for confidential information.

Salary :
Experienced - Max 2.5L Per Annum (Depends on the weight of the profile)
Training Period: 1 Week
After 1 week a Mock Call will be taken by the client and the candidate should meet the expectations of the client so that he can be on live and on the roles of the company with immediate effect.
