A Digital Marketing Executive who develops, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
This person in this position has only 1 primary responsibility to both Maximizer as a company and our clients. It's the only 1 metric by which we measure ourselves:
Are our customers growing?
For our Services Clients that implies:
1. Growth of their site ranking on Search.
2. Increase in the number of leads through Advertising, Social Media or Content.
3. Increase in their Websites ability to convert traffic into leads.
4. Movement of leads through the sales funnel resulting in hot leads ready for closure.
5. Growth of their sites Authority.
For our SaaS users that implies:
1. Engaging with them proactively with education, information and training on how to report, track and measure SEO & Analytics data.
2. Working with the tech team to ensure timely resolution of grievances & issues.
3. Identifying and promoting specific Digital Marketing Services based on an identified need.
For ourselves that implies:
1. Ensuring that our SaaS product suite and services bundles the very best that we can offer our clients?
2. Ensuring that we're truly making a difference in their business and are they able to fully make use of the data that's being generated.
3. Ensuring that we're using the most efficient method & means to deliver results to our clients.
Digital Marketing: 60%
Planning, Implementation, Optimization, Process Development, Training, Client Management, Sales & Marketing.
Customer Success: 20%
Issue Resolution, User Training, Product Improvement, User Up-selling, Churn Mitigation.
Product Development: 10%
Module Improvement, Testing, New Product Development.
1. SEO Knowledge (preferable but not essential).
2. Excellent command of English - both written and spoken.
3. Prior Digital Agency experience is a plus.
4. Positive attitude and willing to learn.
5. Open to new assignments and responsibilities.
6. Decent grasp over numbers i.e. basic analytical ability.
