Job Description

Responsibilities :
1. As a Manager of Service Delivery, Will be responsible for leading all downstream, delivery related operations across the country. Should be open to travel across the country for Client meeting, presentation, negotiation with client /vendors etc.
2. Drive the implementation services, change requests and support Activities.
3. Good understanding of service methodologies.
4. Direct Client interaction with Onshore Client, Senior Management Stakeholders across India.
5. Leadership and Team Management.
6. Responsible for creating and executing a world-class delivery experience.

Requirements :
1. Experience in SDLC and Agile development frameworks required.
2. Problem-solving and Handling stressful and complicated situations.
3. Managed Services Model, Interlocking with Client Stake Holders in generating Service requirements.
4. Strong Technical Functional domain Knowledge with People Management Skills.
5. Strong Service Delivery Management expertise.
6. Excellent management, communication, and reporting & presentation skills.
7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
