Spanish & English(Bilingual) Customer Support Representative
(Only Male Candidates who can join immediately or with in 15 days Apply)
Job Title: Customer Support Executive Bilingual - Spanish and English (Male)

Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Interface with US customers via inbound calls.
2. Excellent verbal Skills in Spanish and English Languages.
3. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
4. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
5. Support customers across Telecommunication.

Candidate Profile-
1. Spanish Fluency level : Minimum CEF / Cervantes DELE B2
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills In Spanish and English.
3. Flexible with 24/7 Environment.

Shift: Night Shift (anywhere between 6 Pm IST- 9 Am IST) Should be ready to work in weekends too.
Job Type: Full-time.
