4. Follow up with Shippers for their enquiry.
5. Check with users on how their experience can be further improved.
6. Fill enquiry form on behalf of Shippers.
7. Bid on behalf of Transporters..
8. On completion of transaction, ask Shipper and Transporter to review or review each other on their behalf.
9. Back End Management.
10. Check and validate Transporters documents.
11. Check and validate Shippers documents.
12. Keep records of all conversations in the call centre database in a comprehensible way..
13. Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
14. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
1. Excellent command over English (Average ), Hindi (Advance), any other language will be highly beneficial.
2. Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections..
3. Tele calling / Inbound / Outbound.
4. Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.
