1. Must have great communication skills (verbal and written both).
2. Experience on Online Bidding Portals like Upwork, Freelancer (For Experienced).
3. Ability to identify and evaluate the right projects.
4. Revenue realization by generating business leads from Internet/Other sources.
5. Experience In International Client Handling (For Experienced).
6. Creating the pipeline of projects in web design, development, and SEO.
7. Generating new Business for the wide range of Digital Services.

1. Excellent Email etiquettes and proficient in written & spoken English.
2. Must be excellent telephone communicator.
3. Experience of phone prospecting, and cold calling for leads through team.
4. Excellent organizational & reporting abilities, with weekly reports to management.
5. Self-starter, goal oriented and ability to work independently to meet company objectives.
6. Able to generate good business for the company.
7. Able to meet targets.
8. Able to handle clients.
9. Good understanding ability, self-motivated-Enthusiastic.
10. Passionate to work and able to handle the work Pressure.
