Job Responsibilities include:
Tickets handling, Work on customer requests, Monthly Reports, Daily Reports, Testing
Work efficiently with multiple teams; Resolving Technical issues.
Key Areas :
1. Excellent Communication skills in English & Hindi.
2. Good Analytical, logical and reasoning skills while problem solving.
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) - to generate reports.
4. Customer interactions and Problem solving on daily basis.
5. Resolve customers issues via the telephone, email - Daily basis.
