If you understand businesses, strategy & growth very well and can present the same in reports, websites, marketing collaterals and business kits very effectively, then we have the playground for you. The role of our franchise business analyst stars is not only to work on strategy and content, but also ensure that our clients are extremely satisfied with what they have proposed and the solutions are getting them great results.

As you are an MBA and already have a good track record in consulting / research / analysis, we strongly believe in letting you do things your own ways. We do not believe in just doing, but in excelling in whatever we do. This is what you are gonna love doing:
1. Documentation: Write market analyses, feasibility studies, business plans and franchise structure outlines for clients seeking to create franchise business models. You must be great at creating business kits & business model presentations.
2. Financials: Produce financial data, projecting cash flow performance of proposed franchise systems to develop and support recommendations in studies and other documents or as an end-project in and of itself.
3. Research: Obtain market information for the organization and clients. Work with Clients in analyzing their franchise and/or business systems and make recommendations related to business expansion and other issues.
4. Consultancy: Effectively perform discovery day programs whereby explaining the benefits of the strategic planning process to prospective clients.
5. Pre-sales support : Write proposals, meet with prospective clients, and perform other pre-sales activities related to generation of new business for the organization.
6. Meetings: Develop clients, lead break-out meetings, and assist client in structuring the franchise program.
7. Client Relationship : Independently manage on-going client relationships and deliverables. The franchise kits you make go to the franchise recruitment teams and you will be incharge of passing knowledge and training them on the franchise strategy proposed and the opportunity presented.
8. Package : CTC: Rs. 1 L P.A to Rs 3.00L P.A + Incentives. This is for the initial period of 6 months, after which it is raised to the levels of your achievements at the end of the probation period after which you settle down with a CTC which is much higher. Offcourse Add the Incentives. After all you are a star.

This is a pure business consulting and strategy role and is meant for candidates who are confident of delivering the said documentation and managing the clients. You will be reporting directly to the principal consultant and will work closely with him on all the projects.
