Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Cold call handling should be capable of working efficiently, without supervision, and using own initiative.
2. Support the account team in offering high levels of customer service.
3. To help communicate effectively at all times, both written and verbally.
4. To maintain and update all in-house systems, that will enable all team members to accurately check the status of client jobs.
5. To ensure that all work is completed accurately and on time.
6. Attend onsite meetings and minute each meeting when required.
7. To offer flexibility and assist other departments within the business.
8. Update online portals and content management systems.
9. Briefing emailers/SMS/leaflets and other media.
10. Progression of printed collateral and all associated assets.
11. Development of creative concepts from design to completion.
12. Assisting the Account Managers to maintain online and client website content.

Note : Two wheeler mandatory.
