Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Spanish (Male) Inbound Customer Service

Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Interface with US customers via inbound calls.
2. Excellent verbal Skills on Spanish Language.
3. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
4. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
5. Support customers across Telecommunication.

Candidate Profile-
1. Any Graduate BE/Btech freshers / Under-Graduate / drop out / Post Graduates can apply.
2. Spanish Fluency level : Minimum CEF / Cervantes DELE B2.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills In Spanish.
4. Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
5. Shift: Night Shift (anywhere between 6 Pm IST- 9 Am IST) Should be ready to work in weekends too.
6. Job Type: Full-time.
