Job Description

Responsibilities:
Responsible for new business development involving prospect development, understanding business and technology scenario and needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings and business case to the client.
Requires significant interaction with clients over the telephone.
Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.
Responsible for relationship building, account management and mining of new clients.
Handling existing clients and developing new clients, processing their request and closing a sales deal.
Ability to generate leads, maintaining CRM, build business in a wide-open market.
Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Identifying and developing potential business partners and growing existing client relationships.
Analyzing & reviewing the requirements and providing proper solution with time and cost estimation for the project requirements.
Interact with client via chat, phone, Skype, emails and video conferencing for discussing the projects.
Identifying potential Clients and negotiating with them till closure.
Acquiring the new clients as well as retaining the existing one.
Plan and implement activities related to Business Development and Marketing efforts to ensure revenue generation.
Candidate should have the basic knowledge of PHP,HTML,CSS and SEO.

Requirements:
Excellent Email etiquettes and proficient in written & spoken English.
Must be excellent telephone communicator.
Experience of phone prospecting, and cold calling for leads through team.
Excellent organizational & reporting abilities, with weekly reports to management.
Self-starter, goal oriented and ability to work independently to meet company objectives.
