10. Develop & implement effective marketing plans targeted to your clients.
1. Good understanding of inside sales process & best practices like research, prospecting, qualification, pitching, opportunity creation & closure.
2. Extensive knowledge of Sales and Market.
3. Well versed in business communication, proficient in both spoken and written English.
4. Proficient in using CRM tools for tracking lead activity.
5. Experience in up-selling, cross-selling & other phone selling techniques.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize situations requiring urgent attention is critical.
7. Must be aggressive and dynamic with a good attitude, always open to feedback and should be a quick learner.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
