Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Spanish and English Bi-Lingual (Male)

Inbound Customer Service Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Interface with US customers via inbound calls.
2. Excellent verbal Skills in Spanish and English Language.
3. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
4. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
5. Support customers across Telecommunication.

Candidate Profile-
1. Any Graduate.
2. Spanish Fluency level: Minimum CEF / Cervantes DELE B2.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills In Spanish and English.
4. Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
5. Shift: Night Shift (anywhere between 6 Pm IST- 9 Am IST) Should be ready to work on weekends too(Sat and Sunday).
6. Job Type: Full-time.
