Job Description

1. Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining them.
2. Existing Clients to enhance Business relations.
3. Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling.
4. Understand the requirement and Clients need and Shortlist the Suitable.
5. Candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of Resources.
6. Follow-up with The Clients on the Progress of the Submittals made.
7. Orient The Candidates on Interview process and Closure.
