Job Description

Requirements:
1. Attending calls from customers.
2. MIS maintenance.
3. Follow up engineer/Vendors.
4. Call tracking.
5. Maintain weekly/monthly report.
6. Cordinationd with the customer for call closure.
7. Providing remote support if required.
8. Provides information, resolves problems, and advises customers on products and/or services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
