Soft skill or behavioural skills are those that are crucial to an employee’s ability to work “Smarter.” A Survey of employee has revealed that some of the skill that are essential for entry level employees include:
1. Skills involved in using English effectively at workplace covering reading, writing, speaking,vocabulary and grammar.
2. Communication skills.
3. Personal management with assertiveness and initiative.
4. Interpersonal skills.
5. Adaptability to cross cultural environment through creative thinking and problem solving.
6. Ability to work in teams and knowledge of the industry.
a.Soft skill, Tally, Ms-Office, Aptitude and Artha Vidhya Accounting course is a 90 working days 4hrs in a day at our Guindy centre.
b.Targeted typically a unemployed youth.
c.Suggested number of trainee per batch is 20 to 25. ( Twenty to Twenty Five).
d.Participation is mobilising through rejected c.v. passed out students from college, pamphlet distribution in various place and through web based approach.
e.Pre-work must be completed before starting the Training program.
