Assess market competition and develop strategies to ensure growth of Business.
Requires significant interaction with clients over the telephone.
Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.
Responsible for relationship building, account management and mining of new clients.
Handling existing clients and developing new clients, processing their request and closing a sales deal.
Ability to generate leads, maintaining CRM, build business in a wide-open market.
Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets.
Ensure that business prospects become long term & strategic customers.
Well versed in working under pressure, tight deadlines and target driven environments.
Excellent Email etiquettes and proficient in written & spoken English.
Must be excellent telephone communicator.
Experience of phone prospecting, and cold calling for leads through team.
Must be extremely effective at initiating high-level contacts in accounts and have strong presentation skills to close the sales.
Excellent organizational & reporting abilities, with weekly reports to management.
Should have worked with at least one CRM software for planning and recording sales activities.
Self-starter, goal oriented and ability to work independently to meet company objectives.
