We are Looking an HR Manager for E-Publishing Company

Human Resources Manager Job Responsibilities:

Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Human Resources Manager Job Duties:

• Responsible for Processing Payroll for employees & Generating Salary Statement & timely issuance of Employee Payslip.
• Maintaining Employees Manpower Report (Addition / Deletion) for Head count.
• Processing of Full & Final Settlements.
• Liaison with Banks for activation of corporate salary accounts.
• Handling all Payroll, Statutory & Insurance related queries and to provide solutions turnaround.
• Account Mining and regular client visits.
• Collection of payments from Clients and ensuring salaries to be released on stipulated time.
• Maintaining Employees Manpower Report (Addition / Deletion) for Head count.
• Designing and delivering HR presentation for Monthly Review Meeting.
• Responsible for deducting & remitting ESI, PF & TDS & Co-ordination with Statutory Consultant.
• Preparation of Monthly statement, respective challans, Half-yearly and Annual Return of ESI, PF& Professional Tax etc.
• Handling all statutory related queries and settlement formalities for resigned employees.
• Coordinated employee welfare like transport and canteen and was involved in negotiating with the vendors for ensuring committed service.
• Grievance Handling
• Handling all the queries related with salary slips, leaves, attendance, and reimbursements.
• Maintaining Personnel detail files & Employee Database.
• Ensure all the details of the employees are entered in the HRIS as soon as he/she joins the
Organization.
• Travel planning and booking of tickets/ hotel accommodation etc
• Office Management and Identification of vendors and vendor management
• Handling petty cash and ensuring that petty cash is reconciled every month
• HR Management -Managing Attendance and leave record of employees
• Ensuring a smooth exit process through clearance form, notice period, handing over and full final settlement.
• Responsible for Employee EXIT process, like Conducting exit interviews.
