Primary Role : Sourcing Jobs, Placing and Tracking Candidates of Rural Training Centre with Corporate world and documenting the work and submitting the same to the company and its clients promptly
Secondary Role: Empathizing and guiding rural youth,building harmonious relationships with S9 Clients.
The executive will be assessed and trained on various aspects of Human Resources Department Skills.
The executive should be well versed in- Written/Verbal English, MS Office,Internet skills.
The executive will be reporting to the Chief Learning Officer (CLO)
The executive will be contacting all Human Resources Team of various organizations in Hyderabad/Telangana on a daily basis.
The executive will be required to be in the field meeting clients.
It is mandatory that the executive rides a 2-wheeler with valid license and should be familiar with the geographical locations of Hyderabad/Secunderabad area.
The executive will be required to report at the S9 office premises at Old Alwal or at the Rural Training Centre office as per the need.
