Job Description

Looking for Customer Care Executive who act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities :
Manage inbound calls in a timely manner.
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives by using the right methods/tools.
Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise.
Keep records of all conversations in the call centre database in a comprehensible way.
Frequently attend process related seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements :
Excellent command over English & Customer service skills.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Tele calling / Inbound.
Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.
Able to deal with either domestic or international clients.

Job Location:Airoli
Its a day rotational shift for girls and 24*7 shift for boys.
Salary goes upto 13k in hand + Incentives.
HSC Freshers welcome.
Excellent comms skills.
