Designation: Project Manager -Insurance
Pay Budget: 10- 14 LPA
Educational Qualifications: MBA or BSc or M.Sc. (Statistics)
Professional Certifications: PMP certification.
4- 9 year of Experience in the analytics industry in Insurance domain.
Strong organizational and project management skills; attention to detail coupled with being able to identify broad, strategic implications.
Strong analytical and data management experience, with the ability to efficiently derive insights from vast and diverse amounts of data.
Ability to lead and negotiate business solutions that balance technical capability , cost and time against the business need is required.
Strong Account Management and Client interfacing Skills.
Creative, proactive approach to solving business issues.
Track Record of successful project deliveries.
Knowledge and Experience in project management tool.
Excellent communication and Presentation Skills.
Work experience in international Market would be preferred.
Role and Responsibilities:
Manages, leads various strategic activities.
Manages and leverages relationships with client/ Customer.
Ensure effective communication of solutions development, project requirements, project status and provide timely escalation of issues to ensure project objectives are met.
Provide requirements consultation as required through project life cycle.
Collaborate with business leaders, partners and vendors to ensure issues communicated clearly and accurately.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade offs between usability and performance needs.
Creates and prepares business reports and business presentations.
