1. Manage revenue targets of the Company for its products and services within the defined geographic area.
2. Ensure consistent, profitable growth and enhancement in pipeline, customer acquisition, sales revenues, sales realization, through strategic planning, deployment, and management of sales teams.
3. Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term customer acquisition, sales pipeline, sales, realizations, and earnings.
4. Ability to articulate strong value propositions that are aligned to the customer business problems for Video, Optical Fiber, Networking, cloud, Data Center, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Data Warehousing Solutions, Mobility Solutions.
5. Familiar with competitive products, solutions, their drawbacks, product positioning, and how do compete in the market.
6. Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with management.
7. Defining the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
8. Create detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
9. Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
10. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing and nurturing the team.
11. Ownership and Responsibility for developing a business plan, covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organisations presence in the Market.
12. Complete P&L responsibilities will be a primary responsibility.
13. Pre and Post-event evaluation.
14. Monitoring the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
15. Ensuring that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
16. Build and execute on a pipeline of opportunities within the defined geographic area.
17. Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key decision makers within the key account.
